Solutions and Services

SCOR Global Life provides full reinsurance support from traditional to more technically complex risks and offers yearly renewable term and credit-worthy coinsurance capacity at prudent yet reasonable terms and conditions. We support fully underwritten and simplified issue mortality business within the traditional market; simplified issue in direct and bancassurance markets and guaranteed issue business within the COLI/BOLI market.

We also provide solutions in situations where clients are over retained, looking to exit a product or business line or simply to free up capital for more efficient use elsewhere.

Excellence in underwriting support

Our underwriting team offers expertise in individual risk assessment. Our facultative underwriting staff represents many decades of experience. We provide reinsurance expertise and practical knowledge for the day to day challenges facing clients by delivering quality underwriting decisions on a timely basis. Our solution for “non-medical” business combines reinsurance, product development and a state-of-the-art proprietary underwriting engine – VELOGICA®– to provide a real time “instant” underwriting decision using information on the life application, motor vehicle reports, MIB reports and prescription drug history. We offer training and educational seminars on current medical, financial and other underwriting topics tailored to clients’ specific needs.

Our US-based client teams are led by the Account Executives listed below. If you are unsure which team to contact, please call our Sales office at +1 704.344.2700, and we will direct your inquiry to the appropriate client team.
