The first few weeks are crucial when you are discovering a new company. We place particular emphasis on the different stages of your integration, looking at both the human and the practical sides.

As soon as you arrive, therefore, you will benefit from all the facilities and IT access necessary to carry out your assignments. Your manager, in conjunction with the Human Ressources Department, will also organise meetings to enable you to quickly get to know all of the people with whom you will be dealing.

You will take part in introduction days, which will give you the opportunity to learn about the Group's structure and organisation, and also to develop a lasting network of internal relationships.

Finally, if you are new to the world of reinsurance when you join SCOR, we will offer you a complete internal training programme, with a combination of taught and online Intranet training courses.
