SCOR has successfully placed a dated subordinated notes issue on the Euro market in the amount of EUR 250 million. The proceeds of the issue will be used for general corporate purposes.

All the proposed resolutions were adopted by SCOR’s shareholders by a very large majority, including payment of a dividend of EUR 1.40 per share for the 2014 financial year.
