The event gathered the members and CEOs of the participating companies to discuss ways to accelerate gender equalities. Christine Lagarde, the current president of the European Central Bank and former Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), concluded the event with her insights on gender equality in the financial and insurance sectors over the last ten years.

During the event, Laurent Rousseau and the CEOs of the other member companies signed a charter featuring 10 shared commitments

In his speech, he stated, "Women are underrepresented on management teams. This has to change (...) Following a Groupwide audit, we realise that we still have a lot to do, and we are in the process of implementing an ambitious D&I strategy around 3 axes: Connect - Create a work environment free of prejudice and discrimination, in which each employee is responsible of his behavior; Educate- To anchor our culture of diversity and inclusion by promoting partnerships and building an internal training path; Act- Implement impactful actions throughout the employee's career cycle."
